Based in the greater Atlanta area, the Learning Edge, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Dr. Merle Strangway. Merle is an award-winning trainer and speaker who has been enthusiastically received by audiences across the United States and Canada. In the past 4 years Kennesaw State University has awarded Merle both the Star Award and the Instructor of the Year Award in recognition of his outstanding work in developing the skills of managers in both corporate and public organizations. Dr. Strangway has also served as an adjunct professor in the Grad School of the University of Georgia, teaching a management course to HR professionals.
